1. Right of Cancellation

In accordance with consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product.

• For senior citizens, new immigrants and people with disabilities - the cancellation period is 4 months
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• The refund will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation notice

2. Non-Returnable Products

• Perishable food products
• Products made especially to order
• Software and CDs that have been opened
• Personal hygiene products that have been opened

3. Defective Product

In case of a defective product or one different from what was described, you are entitled to a full refund without cancellation fees, including refund of shipping costs.
